Salary Structure (वेतनमान)
Selected candidates for the RPSC SI / Platoon Commander post will be placed in Pay Matrix Level L-11 (Grade Pay ₹ 4200/-). During the probation period, a fixed monthly remuneration will be paid. Post-probation, the in-hand salary including HRA, DA, and other allowances ranges between ₹ 45,000 to ₹ 55,000 per month as per the 7th Pay Commission.
