Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)

The selection for UPPSC LT Grade Teachers involves a rigorous two-tier process to ensure the best candidates are recruited for the state education department:

  • Stage 1: Preliminary Exam (Tier 1) – An objective-type screening test. 15 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted for the next round.
  • Stage 2: Main Examination (Tier 2) – A descriptive written test focusing on subject depth.
  • Stage 3: Document Verification (DV) – Final verification of academic and professional credentials.
