Salary & Pay Scale (वेतन और पे-स्केल)
Selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Engineers under the Pay Matrix Level L-14 (Grade Pay ₹5400) as per the 7th Pay Commission. During the 2-year probation period, a fixed monthly stipend will be provided. After successful completion of probation, the salary details are as follows:
- Basic Pay: ₹ 56,100/- to ₹ 1,77,500/-
- Dearness Allowance (DA): As per Govt norms.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): Based on city category (8% to 16%).
- Total Gross Salary: Approx. ₹ 75,000 – ₹ 85,000 per month (post-probation).
