Eligibility Criteria

  1. Essential Qualification: M. Tech. / ME in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Nanoscience and Engineering/ Nanotechnology/ Production Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ or equivalent (with first division as defined by the awarding Institute / University); or Post Graduate degree in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science with first division as defined by the awarding Institute /University, and a Valid NET/ GATE certificate.
  2. Desirable Qualification: Knowledge and experience in Physical Metallurgy, Extractive/Process Metallurgy, Mechanical Metallurgy, Materials Characterization, Solid state physics, and Basic Electrochemistry.

Age Limit

  1. Maximum 29 years
  2. 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates and 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates
