Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Bioinformatics
- Candidates with strong computational and biological data analysis skills will be preferred.
- Candidates qualified for NET/GATE or equivalent will be preferred (as per institute norms).
- Two year experience required for SRF position.
- Desirable Skills: Bioinformatics analysis of multi-omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics)
- Statistical modelling, machine learning, and data integration
- Programming in R/Python, MATLAB and use of bioinformatics pipelines
- GIS, spatial analysis, and remote sensing for disease surveillance
