Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Bioinformatics
• Candidates with strong computational and biological data analysis skills will be preferred.
• Candidates qualified for NET/GATE or equivalent will be preferred (as per institute norms).
• Two year experience required for SRF position.
• Desirable Skills: Bioinformatics analysis of multi-omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics)
• Statistical modelling, machine learning, and data integration
• Programming in R/Python, MATLAB and use of bioinformatics pipelines
• GIS, spatial analysis, and remote sensing for disease surveillance
