BSPHCL Salary Structure 2026 (वेतनमान)
Selected candidates will receive salary as per the Bihar Govt 7th Pay Commission. During the 1-year probation period, a fixed monthly stipend is paid.

- Correspondence Clerk/Store Assistant: Level 5 (Approx In-hand ₹32,000 – ₹40,000 post-probation)
- JEE: Level 7 (Approx In-hand ₹44,000 – ₹55,000 post-probation)
