Eligibility Criteria
For Specialist (Full Time/ Part Time) – 9 Posts
- PG Degree/Diploma in concerned medical specialty, registered with MCI
- Preference given to PG Degree holders
- Experience Required: PG Degree with 3 years experience after PG Degree OR 5 years experience after PG Diploma
- Age: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview
For Senior Resident (3-Year Scheme) – 12 Posts
- PG Degree/Diploma in concerned medical specialty, registered with MCI
- If PG degree/diploma candidates not available, candidates with 2 years experience after MBBS in concerned specialty may be considered
- Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on date of interview (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules)
- Important: Applicants having completed 3 years Senior Residency in any hospital are NOT eligible
Selection Process
- Walk-in Interview only – No written exam
- Direct interview by ESIC Hospital authority
- Candidates report at MS Office from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM will NOT be considered
- Document verification 1 hour before interview
- All original documents mandatory for verification
- Medical Superintendent has right to fill/not fill any vacancy

Leave Benefits
Full Time Specialist entitled to 4 days leave per month (prorata basis). Part Time Specialist not entitled to any leave.
Contract Duration
1 year from date of joining or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. Senior Resident contract is extendable up to maximum 3 years.
Security Deposit
Rupees 30,000 (Demand Draft) in favor of ESI Fund A/c No. 01, payable at Bhilai, refundable after contract completion with "No Dues Certificate".

- Full-time specialist entitled to 4 days leave/month
- Contract must be signed on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rupees 500 (cost borne by candidate)
- Experience certificate NOT issued if resignation within 6 months
- SC/ST/OBC candidates must ensure valid category certificates
- OBC certificate must be of "non-creamy layer" status, not older than 1 year from interview date
