Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate of a recognized University in India with knowledge in Computer with Experience in MS.Office/Libre and Web browsing in respect of Category 03 of Division III of Front Office Co-ordinator.

Salary/ Stipend

• Rs.25,220/- to Rs.80,910/- (Pay Scale)

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

• To be eligible the applicant must have completed 18 years and must not have completed 42 years of age as on 01.01.2026.
• Upper age limit of 42 years is relaxable by 5 years in respect of the persons under Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Backward Classes and EWS.
• Upper age limit of 42 years is relaxable by 10 years for persons with Benchmark Disabilities.
• Upper age limit of 42 years is relaxable as per Rule 12(1)(c)(i) of A.P.State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 for Ex-Servicemen.

Application Fee

• The applicants, who are under Open Competition/EWS/BC have to pay examination fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) for processing fee and examination fee.
• The applicants who are SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities category have to pay Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only).
• Payment by way of Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Secretary cum Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Legal Services Authority, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram.

Selection Process

• Written Examination (Off-line OMR, 90 Minutes, 75 Marks): General English, General aptitude, Basic Knowledge in Computers.
• Oral Interview (VIVA VOCE): 25 Marks.
• Only those candidates who qualify in each stage shall be permitted to appear for the subsequent stage.
• The candidates passed through the tests be called for certificate verification and oral interview.
• The question paper for written examination will be in English Language.

• Applications from the eligible candidates are invited in the prescribed format.
• Applications should be sent by Registered/Speed post only to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram.
• Mention the post name on the top of the envelope.
• Enclose attested copies of required documents (not originals) including educational certificates, date of birth, community certificate (if applicable), non-creamy layer (for BC), EWS certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), local candidature proof, etc.
• Include two recent passport size photos, self-addressed stamped envelope, Demand Draft for fee, and Hall Tickets in duplicate (filled with photo attested by Gazetted Officer).
• Original certificates to be produced on the day mentioned for verification.
