You need EITHER (1) 12th Science + MLT/DMLT/Engineering Diploma + 5 years experience, OR (2) 3-year Bachelor’s degree in relevant field + 2 years experience. Both pathways must have relevant work experience in laboratory or related field.

- Diploma in MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) OR DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology) OR Engineering

- Three-year Bachelor’s degree/Graduation in relevant subject/field (e.g., Science, Lab Technology, Biotech)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant subject/field
