1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if the service (e.g., access to mock tests, study materials, or live classes) has not been delivered or accessed by the user.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 3 days of the transaction with a valid reason (e.g., non-delivery of service).
  • Our team will review the refund request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment mode (UPI: up to 5 days, Cards: up to 7 days, Netbanking: 7-10 days).
  • No refunds will be issued if:
    • The service has been accessed or partially used (e.g., mock tests attempted, study materials downloaded, or live classes attended).
    • The refund request is made after 120 days from the transaction date, as per Cashfree’s policy.
    • The request lacks a valid reason or supporting documentation.
  • For pre-authorized transactions, if a cancellation is requested within 7-9 days, the transaction may be voided without incurring Transaction Discount Rate (TDR) charges.
  • To initiate a refund, visit our Payment Gateway Dashboard, navigate to Refunds > New Refund, and provide the Order ID or Transaction ID. Alternatively, email us at mocktesthub.in@gmail.com with the transaction details.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before accessing the service by contacting us at mocktesthub.in@gmail.com or +91 9828852272 (WhatsApp only).
  • If the service has not been delivered, the cancellation request will be processed, and a refund (if applicable) will be initiated as per the refund policy above.
  • Cancellations after accessing the service are not eligible for refunds.

3. Failed Transactions

  • For failed transactions, any deducted amount will be automatically credited to your original payment source within 3-5 business days.
  • If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days, please report the issue at mocktesthub.in@gmail.com with the payment date and Order ID.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • If you encounter issues with order fulfillment, delivery, or refunds, please contact the merchant (Mocktesthub.in) first at mocktesthub.in@gmail.com.
  • If the issue remains unresolved for more than 10 business days, you may report it to Cashfree Payments via their issue reporting form, and they will mediate within 4-5 business days.
  • For unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, please report immediately to mocktesthub.in@gmail.com with transaction details.

5. Documentation for Refunds

To process a refund or resolve a dispute, you may be required to provide:

  • Invoice Copy: Including company name, price, product description, date, customer name, and contact information.
  • Order Confirmation Email: Confirming your purchase details.
  • Tracking Details: If applicable, for physical products (not relevant for digital services like mock tests).
